Joining the company as a reception team member Laura quickly made her mark within the company, moving up the ranks over the years to become Operations Director. Responsible for the daily running’s of each hotel and spa, the “Acorn 30 under 30” award winner can be found between the Cornwall and Devon sites ensuring that each guest experience is truly fabulous.

Starting her successful career in hospitality in the front of house team, Becky climbed the company ladder over the years to become Sales Director. The “Acorn 30 under 30” award winner oversees the Sales and Marketing departments for the group, managing a team of 11 managers and their teams on a daily basis.
